Categories and brand menu links

Hello,

I need to know how do i make links from menu items to categories and brands in hikashop? it seems to be a little harder than in virtuemart that you just had to click in the category when you assign it in the menu item, how can i do this in hikashop? thanks

I'm clueless regarding VM, but this is really simple in HikaShop.

Keep in mind that brands are technically also 'only' categories, so the procedure is the same as for product categories, only under "Type of content" you select "Manufacturers".
