Its not working. I've read your documentation. I've had another guy that i hired to try to help me.. it just wont work. I dont know whats wrong.

You menu is not configured properly at all.
First, in the type option of your menu, you should select "brand" instead of "category" since you want to display brands.
Then, in the "associated category" option, you want to select the 'brands' one.
Then, in your "associated modules" option, you need to select a module of the type "product" and not a module of the type "brand".
That should already help a lot after changing that.

in this option type of the MENU? imgur.com/LvijV8B

Because there is no option for brand here.

I am also trying to get my "Categories" listing done also.

www.lockharttactical.com/hikashop-menu-for-categories-listing/

This is the closest i got.

The issues im finding:
1) The products display under the categories module. I want products to ONLY appear once someone clicks on the categories.

2) Some of the categories that HAVE subcats, AND products in the subcats, aren't showing up.
If you look on the categories,

Parent cats:
Hunting equipment, has 2 sub cats
Knives | Tools, has a bunch of sub cats
Scopes | Lasers | Optics, has a bunch of subcats

etc etc... why are these sub cats not being displayed?

3) If you look at the top, where it says parent cat: Accessories,
right underneath it, there is a little white space, where sub cats WOULD be displayed if this parent cat had any.
But since it does not, is it possible to make that white space go away?

Thanks!

0. The type of content can be set with the option of the same name when you edit your menu item via the Display->Content menus menu of HikaShop;

1. Edit your products listing module (id 340) via the menu Display>Content modules and set the "sub element filter" to "direct sub elements".

2.and 3. It's probably related to your root category issue: www.hikashop.com/forum/product-category-...kend-root-issue.html
