Hello and sorry for bothering you again,

I have a 2 level category and when I reach onto the second level the product list from the associated module which I want to show on the next level keeps showing underneath my sub-categories. I have tried CSS rule display none but it doesn't show also in the next level where I want it to show.
Do you have any idea of a solution to my problem?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Do you have a link or a screenshot to illustrate your problem ?
I have to admit that I have some difficulties to visualize it so, it is difficult to help you correctly if I don't know what you're trying to hide.

Hi,

I see two category listing in the page, so I don't understand your explanations.

Please use screenshots or full and precise explanations.

Thanks

Hi,

I also want to ask you if there is a way that a user in the front end can make any kind of sorting in my product page or in the category page for example cheapest price sorting or so.
Thank you.

Yes in the link above when you click on a category it shows you the subcategory but it shows you also the product underneath the category. Is there a way the products appear only where there are no more subcategories left?

Hello,
1. Sure, you'll just have to use filters, through a filter module for example : www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/i...hop-filter-form.html

2. Then the solution will be to only set the category of your products to your sub-categories.

Hi,

I would like to ask something about that.

I have a categories list module in the left sidebar. ( widetesting.info/tutorialgate/index.php?...g&Itemid=113&lang=el )

In order to have the filters in all level categories I have to assign to the product categories: Level A->Level B-> Level C , LevelA->Level B, Level A. Or not?

I did it this way so when I enter the first level category (A) above the category listing, the products assigned to this category are shown. How can we hide them from category A,B? I saw that they use the same id when they appear in the C category (we want them only there) so I can't hide them with CSS.

If I wasn't very clear please inform me.

Also I have htaccess so please tell me who will look at this topic to send you with private message the username and password.

Thanks in advance guys!!

Hi,

I checked your website but I don't see any filter. So it's still a bit unclear.

You can have filters without having to put the products in each level of categories. However, in that case, you want to turn on the "force redirect" option of the hikashop filters module so that when you use a filter of the module, it redirects to a products listing menu displaying all the products instead of staying on the current page. Otherwise, on levels without any products displayed, the filters won't display anything since there is already no products to display.
