Categories and Products

I have tried numerous times to get the category and items to display correctly and I cannot get this filtered.

I have gone through numerous documents and forum post and I cannot get Hikashop to display my items correctly. The shop always displays all items and that isn't correct.

I know the issue is in the associated category item but I cannot get it to stay on the correct one or to have the associated module to stay linked.

We are testing the started addition before purchasing the full module. Any help would be appreciated.

Be sure that people here will try to help. But you're only saying it "isn't correct", you're not saying what exactly you want and what exactly you've done so far.

So, best you describe

1. what exactly you want, and
2. what your configurations of categories and listings are now, best per screenshots, e.g. category tree, and listing configurations.

I'm not saying Hika isn't working, I'm saying the way I set it up isn't.

I want a single sub-category of items to show when selected from the menu.

I went to the demo site but unfortunately it does not let you open any of the items in Hika to see how they're setup.

Have you tried to set up the menu/module options as Jérome said ? And read the documentation ?

The demo website let you see how are the menus/modules set, you can access the backend part of the HikaShop:

Yes I have reviewed all of the documents. As noted above, I have already visited the demo site but it does not let you open any of the Hikashop items to review their setup.
