Pager redirect problem

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.5
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5

If i enable post mod there are a few problems:
1. on every list i get always 1 product less loaded
2. if i click on page 2, then the page stays on page 1 but all products are loaded and url part for page change is there
3. after second click on page 2 the redirect is ok and i click on further pages also
4. but if i want to go back to another page then me redirects alwas to: mypath.com/index.php?limit=33&limitstart=20

there is the same problem also if i disable override files.
