Can i list individual sub categories of choice in menu?

-- HikaShop version -- : [1504151033]
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.1
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.24
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Safari 8.0.4

I want to create a new joomla menu where i can link individual category and sub category items of my choice. Is this possible? If so how? i can't seem to find a way and I'm stuck in an ocean of settings without any idea of what to do.

Hi,

I'm not sure I understand what you want to do.
If you want to create a menu item for a category so that when you click on it it displays the sub categories in the main area of the page, you can follow this tutorial:
