Show all categories and their subcategories menu

I like to show all catgories and their subcategories in one overview.
How can I do this.

This i need to have, You can clisk on catgory and sub category

sub cat 3
sub cat 4

I like to expand all categories and sub categories...on my website onky the maincategory is shown..when you click on the maincat you wil see the subcat. But i like ti show all maincat and subcats without clicking first.
