Categories and products displaying

I have a situation where both my categories and products are being displayed, could someone maybe help me, I just need the sub categories to display.

Hi,

Please edit your category listing menu via our menu Display > Content menu, then scroll down to the associated product listing module settings, and change the value of the option "Sub element filter" to "Direct sub elements".

Then in the product edition page, verify that you have selected only the end category for your products.
