[SOLVED] Product Pricing on ACL Groups Not Working

-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.3

I have set up an ACL group called RESELLER and have also added in special pricing on each product. In the ACL list for that pricing only the RESELLER group is selected.

When someone who is in the ACL group RESELLER logs in to the front end the price on the products is now shown as "FREE". The RESELLER price is not shown and there is a check box where the pricing should be.

On the main price, the ACL group RESELLER is unchecked.
On the 2nd price, the ACL group RESELLER is checked and all others unchecked.

Could you provide a screenshot of the settings of that product and of the prices "ACL" for each price so that we can better understand the situation ?

Since you are a PUBLIC you are seeing the correct PUBLIC price.

Here is the ACL for the first price. This is PUBLIC and is working.



Here is the ACL for the RESELLER price. This is NOT showing to anyone in the RESELLER ACL group.


When a RESELLER logs in, this is what they see. Please note the user in the top right.

Hi,

Please download again the latest version install package on our website and install it on yours. That should add a patch in order to fix that issue with the configuration of the prices ACL not adding the correct data in the database (so you'll have to reconfigure the prices ACL and save the product to see the change)

The site has developed a new problem since installing the latest update from yesterday.

Orders using PAYPAL are no longer responding to the PayPal transaction data.

Orders are going to PayPal OK, and payment is OK, return to the website is OK with: Thank you for your purchase.
But the orders are still left as CREATED.
They do not change to CONFIRMED and the user is not notified that their order is now confirmed.

Yes, I checked the PayPal settings.

This was working prior to this update.

Hi,

I don't see why that would be linked to the install with the next patches.
Between what you had before and after, only bug fixes have been added and nothing relative to PayPal or notifications.

I'd wager it comes from something else.
It will be complex for us to perform the necessary tests on your website as payments are required.
First, try to deactivate the HikaShop payment notification plugin via the Joomla plugins manager and see if that helps.
If not, check the different points listed there and follow the documentation:

The PayPal notification was turned off.
Working now.

I have seen this happen before after updates were applied.
