We try to answer to everyone under 24h.
7h is impossible. Remember that we too sleep at night.
More than that, we reply to older messages first, wich means that every time you reply to your own message, you loose your place in the queue (and you made 6 replies to your own message).
An FTP installation was indeed the solution for the update.
Afterwards, we might need an access to your website and also an access to your database ; in order to investigate and understand how you got that data.
We don't have such problems on our end with the latest version and not one reported such issue.
So please provide a backend (+ database) access and an exact procedure for us to reproduce the issue so that we can analyze the situation.
