Strange warning, about 'quantity'

Several times I got this warning:

That’s about showing free products in wishlist.
I have no products to sell (catalogus modus) and no wishlist.
This warning appeared after I added some characteristics to one product - the characteristics are not visible.

So do I have to solve this problem by tweaking some settings? Which ones?
Or could I skip the line 59 in …/quantity.php?

This problem is gone, however not solved.
I deleted some products and some categories, and this warning does appear no more.

i have the same problem, for me it shows up only in products with 0 price. I turned off error reporting and it's ok now, but where does this error come from? What is causing it? And is ti going to cause any issues in my eshop?
