Adding new weight

I was trying to add the cts from carats to the Weight symbols but I always get this message:

The weight unit "cts" is not in the list of possible units : mg,g,dag,kg,t,lb,oz,ozt,l,ml,cl

I read the documentation before I ask but I just don't know yet how to change from grams to carats. Just need to show the weight but in cts instead of g. Could be just a translation?
