Add to cart button message "the cart is empty"

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.8
-- PHP version -- : 5.4

Hello!

in my client's shop, when i click the "add to cart" button i get the message "the cart is empty".
So i cannot add any products to the cart or go to the checkout page.

How can i fix that issue?

We need more details to be able to help you, only you know which elements can help us to help you.
Usually are appreciated :
- Url link
- Screenshot
- Related backend configuration
- Since when this issue had appear ?

But Maybe... It's your Joomla Cache, try to flush it (note that it's not linked to HikaShop) If trouble is still there try to update.
But be aware that this kind of trouble can have lots of roots, so be more precise.
