Product page empty

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.8

Hello,
I have a "Category listing" menu item that shows me a page with products with "Choose options" buttons as shown in image:


When clicking the product title or button, the product page that appears has nothing but the image (see next printscreen).


What should be done, please?

Several things can leads to this, and so in order to see it by our self, and so for this can you sends us an Url example?
