Log Out on My Account Page

Is there a way to have a LOG OUT button on the MY Account page?

Hi,

Sure. You could for example configure the login module of Joomla to display on that page via the Joomla modules manager.
That module will display a logout button if you're already logged in, which is the case on that page.
