Badges doesn't shown on product previes in home page (only for product sheet)

Hi everyone,

I have configured one badge and set it to appropriate caterogies.
Then I created a new module (called News Show Pro GK5) in home page. Inside that module I have set the shop categories from displayed (like Jikashop, Virtuemart etc..).
Unfortunatly when I click on home page, the badge I have assigned, doesn't shown.
Can anyone help me, please?

This post is about product with a discount and a badges show in a module implemented by gavick call news-show-pro] news show pro GK5 describe in the . jedjed . The gavick documentation is about portal module and datasources mode API ( new concept ?) .
1- The best way to test is to start from default configuration to see if with another module ( hikashop) the badge appear.
2- Some hiakshop menu item type let you configure the display of the badge see another forum post
3- the configuration of the layout for "hikashop " menu item and hikashop module seem the same with 2 differences. The badge options appear in the panel of name "Product fetures display "

I test a product with custom tva , dicount 10% category , config badge , config discount .... All the price that display in the frontEnd is OK but the badge don't appear !! ...
Where is manage the global option display for badge ?

Which php file code in the fileos sytem manage the display of the badge in the front End ?

Yes it is the file administrator\components\com_hikashop\classed\badges.php that seem to manage the thumbnail badge icon
you have to read/copy the code relative to badge display and verify update the code in your gavick module .
The php code in this file add suffix in hikashop_badge_* (*=( bottom|top||right[left |_div ) that was configure in the hikashop badge page setting .

it is strange : why the list table of discount has no name ?
Does label column code mean name ?
How hikashop page can refer/link to it without a name ?

Does the probem is about component , module , item link display ?
do you search in the code source of html page if the image is here ?
send me in using private message the page of your website where the badge should appear .

If the display is done by the News Show Pro GK5 module, then it's up to that module to display the badges or not.
It probably doesn't have that capability.

after 11 days .....I think ask to Show pro GK5 Team is the best way to go .
