Issues With Sorting Products By Custom Fields

I have a custom field I need to sort by which is a number with a decimal. I am unable to get any products to display. See link below:

Hi,

The sorting is done alphabetically by MySQL.
If you want to change that, you need to go in your MySQL, edit the table hikashop_product and change the type of the column corresponding to your custom field to a "decimal" instead of a text.
