last viewed products not displaying on homepage

-- url of the page with the problem -- : www.tuttobrasileiro.com
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.4
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : chrome

I update versione joomla from 3.4.x to 3.6.4

Everything ok.
I tested the site for 7 days

Then i updated hikashop to latest version.
In the first day all seemed working good.

One day later I found no product displaying on home.

Anyone can help me?

Here are some screenshot of home menu item with options
I checked the "product options" tab and all seems ok

I checked Associated modules and spedifically looked at the associated modul "Products listing for homepage". I do not know if this module is involved in my problem, but anyway as I open this module I get the message "These settings are no more used....please edit under product options tab" and in a few seconds the message disapppears and get another one about error of JSON data.

Do you have any idea?

No, the module isn't, I think involved in your issue, but I had a look on your Home page, where you tell us that products is no more displayed, and I get this :



Hope this will give you new idea, because if you are expecting product displaying here, I don't really know what blog-featured can do in this need.

but could you please give some more info?
I see you are talking about a class setting, but I didn't make any change, all came after updating hikashop.

Could you tell me if there is some option in backend joomla or hikashop configuration to change?
How could I solve the problem?

Hello,

Hard to tell because it seems that you use a plugin to display your views.
I guess that you can find your views display option in Menus => Main Menu, and Menus items part.



Or you have to change some configuration in your displayed plugin... But in this case I can't help you, you have to ask this to plugin support what's going on, maybe compatibility issue from Joomla or HikaShop version.
