Category listing with more than one category displayed?

After create a menu with category listing, it is impossibile to set more than 1 category. the field accept only 1 category
Is it normal?

BTW,

I created a module named "SHOP" and I need to display all categories (only categories) after clicking it.
e.g SHOES, , PENDANTS, BELT, HAT, and so on.

But when I create a "category listing" I am unabòe to select more than one


UPDATE: I tried to not select anything (see attachment) but I need to display only some categories and not all
