Zoom in funcion disabled??

Hello,

I understood from my template developer (GTI shop) that the "zoom in on image" function is disabled due to some new product variant images in Hikashop 3.

For me that was one of the main reasons to buy that template, as I am selling second hand children's clothes. So my customers need to be able to zoom in on the product.

Do you have any info on if and when this function will be enabled again?

Hi,

We didn't remove any zoom in on image function, nor did we change anything I can think of with product variant images.

Here you can see a default product page with the zoom on the images and the product has variants:
demo.hikashop.com/index.php/en/hikashop/...with-characteristics

So I don't know what they are talking about.

Hi Nicolas,

Maybe I was not very clear, because I meant zoom in on image when hovering over it with the mouse.
Is this something that is disabled you know about?

Hello,

We understood your previous message and unfortunately, our answer is the same.
There is no "zoom" feature in HikaShop but it can be something provided by your template or a third party plugin.
