-- Joomla version -- : 3.7.2
-- PHP version -- : 5.6.30
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome, IE, Firefox all latest version

Dear Sir,

Good day!

After I install the latest HIKASHOP, the product photos size under product listing is showing differently.

Please refer to the attached screenshot showing the product photo size difference.

If there any method we can replace all the existing photos with the same file name? For example: I compressed all the photos for better loading time and I wish to replace all the existing product photos on the website with the compressed photos. Is there any easy way I can simply replace those photo files without reuploading them one by one again?

Also, can you please advise why the custom tabs I created before doesn't show in front end now after I upgrade to the latest HIKASHOP? Under the product page, there should be other TABs like Download, Video....etc. But now they are missing.

If you need login details to look at these problems, please let me know.

Thanks for your time and look forward to hearing back from you soon,

Regards,

William

Hi,

1.
If you take for example the thumbnail:
/images/com_hikashop/upload/thumbnails/220x220f/ziw1075.png
Your product listing is configured to display the images with a size of 220*220.
However, the thumbnail image itself has a size of 250*250.
That should not happen if HikaShop had generated it. It means that it has been added manually like that.
But besides that, the images display normally on the listing.
If you're asking why the image ZIW1076 is smaller than ZIW812, it's actually not the case. The image ZIW1076 has the same size. The issue is just that you have blank space inside your image:
monosnap.com/file/yROyHCD5svCo5tc9tUAFbU9TfCvrrw

2.
If you want to replace the images, you can directly replace them via FTP in the folder images/com_hikashop/upload/ of your website. So no need to go through the interface.

3.
I don't know how you added these tabs so I can't say.
You must have added them in the view file "show_tabular" via the menu Display>Views.
However, there is no reason the view overrides would be removed during the update, specially since they are stored in the Joomla template (like standard Joomla view overrides) and not in HikaShop.
So if the view override has been removed, it's must be that either you deleted it, or you did something with your template which removed the view override.

Hi,

Did you make any changes to the HIKASHOP settings? Because the original product category menu looks like the attached screenshot "Product category" but now it become "Product category now"

The sub menu is not showing like it's used to and the menu is not showing like it used to too.

Please help,

Thank you for your kind assistance.

Regards,

William

Hi,

No we didn't change that.
This just means that you've changed the "Show children" setting of your module.

Hi,

Can you please advise what should I change or change back to in order to show the side menu properly?

Is it under the product menu module or under HIKASHOP configuration?

Thanks for your help

William

Hi,

You'll find that setting under the "HikaShop options" tab of your module when you edit it via the Joomla modules manager.
