Can i publish a product in only one chosen language not the other language ?

We have products with french writing on it . Site in bilingual ( 2 different languages ). So, some products are irrelevant to english speaking visitors. How can we assign a specific product to a specific language ?
Any idea how to do this ?

Thank you for the answer.
We are using Falang in the free version.
Would it be possible that we'd have to upgrade to Falang pro to use this method because i can't see this "product_published" in the translation list ?

The "product_published" was in the XML as you can see:

Am i missing something ?
