New products not showing in front end since update

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.1.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.5

I have updated our site to version 3.1.1 but ever since doing so any new products aren't being shown in the frontend.

We have added a product to 'Fencing > Electric Fencing > Accessories' (Retractable Rope Gate 7.5m - product code: ef4013) but this product isn't showing in the list of products.

If you search for product code ef4013, it shows in the search but isn't set in the correct category. Any ideas please?

Hello,

Would it be possible to have a screenshot of your product configuration and some links to the pages ? (you can remove the domain name if you want to keep it private, that information is already linked to your support ticket).
And please check that you do not have any kind of cache in your website.

Hi,

I've added the screenshot for the product configuration page.

The product shows in the frontend of the site, but only if you search by the product code - EF4013. This shows in search, but when you open the product, this isn't showing with the correct URL or location:

https://DOMAIN/product-listing/product/retractable-rope-gate-7-5m/category_pathway-2

The URL should be:

https://DOMAIN/fencing/electric-fencing/accessories/product/retractable-rope-gate-7-5m/category_pathway-2

Hello,

If you want to change the URL ; you have to edit the canonical URL in your product configuration.

It's not about changing the URL. The product isn't showing in the frontend

Hi,

Could it be that the problem comes from the way your products listing is configured ?
Looking at your listings, I see that you've turned off the display of the pagination in the HikaShop configuration (or customized the views to remove it). But then, if you have more products in a category that the number of rows * the number of columns that you've configured in your menu item, the products after that amount won't appear on the first page and you'll have no way to access the second page of the listing.
In that case, you would want to increase the number of rows of your listing or activate the display of the pagination.
