Is there a way to create URLs / Browsable Links based on the Brand Categories

Hi all,
Please forgive the lack of supportive information in this question but sadly I am not a developer persea but I am working on building my Ecommerce Site with HikaShop. I know we are using the latest Developers Version.

The question is this. I have created under Root is "Product Categories" lets use some arbitrary labels for this example Category 1 - Regular Soda, Category 2 - Diet Soda. Under Category Regular Soda is Product 1 - Soda XYZ , Under Category Diet Soda is Product 2 Soda ABC.

Then I have Also under Root is Brand and under Brand I have Coke and Pepsi
Product 1 points to it's respective Product Category and then under Brand I have it pointing to Coke.

I created the Brand Category of Coke with a Name, Description, and Image of say the Coke Sign with a Description of what that Brand is, it's marked Publish Yes, and Access Level ALL.

Can yout create a set of URLs in a menu that will organize the Brands on one of my pages and when clicking that then see all Product Listings that point to that Brand?

I would also like to understand if the "Brand URL" plays any roll in what I am trying to do.

I appreciate your understanding in my fairly limited understanding on this.

Second issue which may need it's own Thread is, I created a Tax Category of New Jersey, set it up with a Zone of New Jersey. When viewing the Product Tables, all prices not show with Tax Accumulated even though I have not gone through the Check Out Process. Tax should only be calculated and added to the product prices at checkout, regardless of my account being set to New Jersey Shipping Address. A customer may very well change their mind during check out and change their Shipping address to another state where tax would not be calculated. It's a bit confusing to display the Product Listings with Tax added. Tax should only ever display during check out. Just like you would not add Shipping Rates to the Product prices until you go through the check out process.Is there a way to correct this? I can provide what ever info you all need.
