I will give you the same answer that we sent you some hours ago by email.
Please do not duplicate your messages between the contact form and the forum ; it does not make our support fast but will have in fact the total opposite effect.
As you might not know, it's a public holiday and the team is... Well just me but I shouldn't even work.

By the way, you do not have HikaShop 3.1.1 but HikaShop 3.0.0 and please do not make topic subject in full uppercase, it is regarded as shouting and not well considered.

HikaShop 3.x now include it own responsive grid system which allow to be responsive even if your template is not using the responsive system provided by the Joomla core (Bootstrap version 2) but is using another system (like bootstrap version 3).

I can see that you're using HikaShop 3.0.0 and you might want to update to update to HikaShop 3.1.1 in order to get the latest patchs and improvements.
Since the release of HikaShop 3.0.0 in January, we got a lot of feedback and we were able to continue the improvements we started for that major release.

You might want to hide the modules you have in your page when it is displayed on a mobile phone or display them below the content. But that part would be more related to your template than HikaShop.
You might also want to use the new "add to cart" system and the new "checkout" system which have re-designed view using the internal grid system.
The legacy checkout would use non responsive content or content with bootstrap 2 if you have the legacy setting "use bootstrap design" activated.
Afterwards, I'm afraid that without a more specific question, I won't be able to answer to your question.

Hi, sorry for the caps.

i bought a favthemes template which fixed most of the responsive problems i had. However i still have a huge problem, the cart is not responsive at all on mobile. Let me explain, here is what you get if you click on my link "votre panier" in the menu in nav position. it is not responsive since you do not see the link on the left that says finish shopping



then i have the cart module in copyright position, when u add articles to cart, and then click on "terminer la commande" (finish shopping) it brings to to this page
as you can see it also is not responsive on mobile. These are screenshot with my phone. can youplease help me? I am sorry to insit but my website will mainly be consulted on mobile so i need it to look perfect. Thansk a lot Jerome.

Hello,

About the cart display, there is no responsive CSS in HikaShop 3.x for the moment.
But for the checkout cart ; there is some CSS available in the "frontend_default" HikaShop file.
Now I can see in your website that you have a "frontend_custom" file, so I think that you do not have the latest CSS rules which make the checkout cart responsive.
Afterwards, for the cart ; the CSS used for the checkout cart could work for that page too but it would require a bit of adjustments.
Our team will work on it for future improvements.
