How to display add to cart

Hello support team,

I would like to ask if it is possible in Hikashop to set up adding to the basket on the product page like the example here?

link: www.hildon.com/buy/online

So one product that has more sizes and a different price.

Thank you very much for the answer. I tried to read the settings on which you sent the link but unfortunately I somehow fail to set the required display. I have tried all the variants but I am not able to set it up. I have an activated test page. Do you think it might be possible to ask you for a sample setup or more detailed information on how to set it up?

Hi,

Your website is in maintenance, so we can't see what you already have and you didn't provide any screenshot or information on what you already have. So hard to guide you there.
Once you have a product with variants setup, change the "Characteristics selection method" setting to "list" in the HikaShop configuration.
That way, you'll get a variants listing on the product page, with one add to cart button for each variant, like on the link you provided.

I've checked the website with the access you provided (please use our contact form www.hikashop.com/support/contact-us.html and include a link to the thread on the forum so that we don't have to hunt for what you're talking about next time).
But I see that you already have what I was talking about, for example on that page:

You have a listing of variants of the product, with one add to cart button per variant, like on the link you provided.
So if that's not what you want, then please precise what you mean.

Hi Nicolas,

so I finally set up the test site as I would like. But unfortunately, the amount in the quantity field is not displayed, and when I click the plus or minus button, the page is scrolled up. The web is in a test mode so please let me know where I can send my login and new link.

Hello,

If you have an input but you cannot see the content ; it's an issue related to your template CSS.
Just try to tweak the margins/paddings and your content will appear.
But otherwise, that's not related to HikaShop.

Hi Jerome,

Thank you for your answer but I received the same answer from Joomshaper support (see image 1). I tried to change a bit of CSS as you advised me and the number in the fields for quantity would be displayed. But, unfortunately, still when I try to click on a button plus or minus, the page scrolls up and the buttons do not add any numbers.

I do not know for who to ask for help now :(

Hi,

From what I can see on your page, it doesn't come from CSS. However, I would say that it comes from a view override.
Two things to do:
1. Update to HikaShop 3.2.0 to get all the latest patches.
2. Rename the folder templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/com_hikashop/product in order to deactivate all the modifications of the template on the product page. That should make it work properly. Then, try again with the files in that folder, one by one, in order to identify the file causing the issue.
