Thumbnails color difference

I have stumbled upon a very strange issue with my hikashop product images. I have created multiple products with the very same image but there is a visible color difference as it can be verified from the following screenshot:

Any hints what might be causing such unusual behavior would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

The only reason I can see is that it's not the very same image but a resaved version with a different palette/compression/format used.

For example, it could happen if you had a white semi-transparent watermark configured while uploading the image for one product and no watermark for when you uploaded that same image for the other products.
Or if you saved the image via photoshop in between the upload of the image.
