Unlimited product showing 'no stock'

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.1.1
-- Joomla version -- : 4.7.4

We have a product that is showing 'no stock' with specific variants. I have verified the quantity of the product and the individual variants and they are all set to 'unlimited' (attached)

On the URL shared, if you select "Black + 2X-Large" or "Black + X-Large" you can duplicate the issue.

Please advise.

Hi,

If you look at that product page, the product code of the variant doesn't correspond to the product code of the variant in your screenshot of the variant settings:

So you're not looking at the correct product.

It's the correct product. It's the only G240_LC named "Gildan Ultra Adult Long Sleeve T-Shirt with left chest logo" (see attached).

However, I think you may have hit the problem. For some reason, the ID does not change like it does when you select the other variants. It just reverts to the base product ID like there is no variant and shows 'no stock'. Any idea why this would be happening?

Hi,

Then it means that for some reason the variant is not available. For example, if you set some access level to it, or a sale start date in the future or a sale end date in the past.

What if you delete the product and recreate it, do you still have the problem ?
