Hello,

By definition, you can't.
Displaying category listing without the products is not what users wants since, if you display a category which do not have sub categories, you'd got a blank page.

Hi Jerome Thank you for your reply. I think i did not describe my question clear enough. i do want to have products shown in my category but on some category overview pages a random number of random products is shown as an addition.
i would like to control the number of products outside of the product overview shown prefrably none.

i have added an example of a page with only three categories and no products shown below, that is what i would like to have for all my pages, however i can't reproduce it.

kr Juul

Hi,

In the settings of your menu item, you have the setting "sub elements filter" under the "products options" tab.
If you set that to "all sub elements", it will display all the products of all the sub categories.
If you set that to "direct sub elements", il will only display the products of the current category.
So I believe you want to check that you have set that setting to "direct sub elements".
Also, if you still see the products there after that, it means that your products are directly linked to the main category of the menu item and you don't want that as you want them only linked to their respective sub category.
