Dear Hikashop

I am running Business 3.1.1 Stable version.

Since the last upgrade, the following issues seems to have appeared. I am after some guidance as to where I may best find the solution.

I have attached an image which shows one sub level which is showing correctly, then the next sub level shows the issue with the modules overlaying the products.

I have been searching through the forum for a few days now without any success. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards
Jennifer

Hi,

It seems to me that the issue is that some class is missing on the right sidebar block of your template.
If you add that CSS for example, it displays fine:

.rt-grid-3 {
    left: 300px;
}
So it doesn't look like something linked to the update of HikaShop but something that changed in the template or in its configuration.

Hi Nicolas

Unfortunately when I try your CSS fix, it throws out the layout in other areas of the shop.

I will keep looking to try to find a solution.

Thanks for taking the time to answer.

Kind regards
Jennifer

Hi Nicolas,
Just for feedback. I had a menu item associated with the category, once I turned that off, the category module has reappeared on the sub sub categories and the other sections are where they should be.

I am not positive of the why it did what it did, and I am sure in some setting I chose must have caused this problem, but with the menu turned off, things seem to be working fine now.

Thanks for your time.

Kind regards
Jennifer
