Why are the product image's not scaled

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.2.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.7.5
-- PHP version -- : 7

Hi Hikashop team,

When I resize my window the category images are perfectly resized.
But when I do the same to the product image they became behind each other. See screenshots.

I have no image size put into the menu-item configuration. I have only set the global configuration image size.

I know that when I delete the thumbnail width and height but in that case hikashop doesn't show any thumbnails more en show only the high resolution images.

Hi Philip,

We are making a mobilefirst webshop and we like to have scalable product images to avoid bad white ratio to the images.
So I could set the right media queries for the max-width like in this ticket:

But in that case I get to much white around the images.
