Hi,

After Hikashop update, when a product is added to cart, the add to cart pop-up doesn't display when the user is logged inside the website.

The pop-up is displaying only when the user is not logged inside the website.

thanks!

Hi,

I'm not able to reproduce the problem: monosnap.com/file/ypAz34IxAnA6dFtlz1iF1W1OMg4oBT
I'm logged in with the credentials you provided, I add a product to the cart, and the popup displays as expected.

Hi,

can you please try to add a couple of products to cart?

I've tested on all browsers. The issue is the same. Once I'm logged inside the website the pop-up doesn't display.

thanks!

Hi,

I've tried with other products and it worked fine too:

Maybe you have a problem with the data of the carts on your account. Try to clear them in your backend and try again.

Hi,

I've logged inside the account that I've created for you and the pop-up works correctly.

I've logged in other website accounts and for some it works and for other it doesn't.

Can you please let me know where exactly I can clear the carts data?

thank you!

Hi,

Go in the menu Customers>Carts and you can see all the carts there and delete them.

Hi,

With your account, when I test, I get some XML back from the server before the normal response from HikaShop:
monosnap.com/file/anz6An7DW4eje0A4j4ToOctNU4KXqo
Because of that, the javascript of the add to cart system doesn't know what to do and thus it doesn't display anything.
It's apparently some debug data from a shipping plugin commented out but still displayed on the pages.
I would recommend to remove that debug data and it should work just fine for you too.
I guess that you must have added it to be displayed only for your user account, or only for some addresses, or something like that which is why I didn't had the issue with the other user account.

Hi,

it looks that the problem came from one of the shipping plugins. The debug mode was enabled. I've disabled it and now everything works correctly.

thanks!
