Quantity + Add to cart button on products with variants instead of Choose option

I've been searching for a while now but I can't seem to find an answer to my problem.
On Products listing page I have products with and without variants.
On products without variants it displays the number of the minimum order amount and add to cart button.
On products with variants it displays only Choose options button.

In my example the right product has a (minimum)quantity of 12 and I like to show this also on the products listing page so customers will see that the price of this product is for 12 because only 3 items are shown on the product image.
I'm using badges on my images so customers will see on products listing page that they can choose from some variants by clicking on the product which will take them to product details page for choosing from variants.

How can I manage to display Quantity + Add to cart button on products listing page all the time even if a product has variants?
