Image product pop-up not proportionally displayed

-- PHP version -- : 7

Hi Hikashop,

We are building a Mobile first webshop so therefore I have a question about the pop-up from the product image.
I see the same problem on your website, see image.



How can we fix this issue?

Hi,

It's not really a bug of HikaShop but of the popup system of mootools used there.
Change the "image popup mode" setting of the HikaShop configuration to "shadowbox external" and it will display fine.
