Hi,

For the # you need to use a translation override.

For the rest, you can add such CSS:
.hikashop_products_pagination limit, .hikashop_products_pagination pagination{ display:inline; }
.hikashop_results_counter, .hikashop_products_pagination .counter{ display:none; }

Please note that it's normally the Joomla template which customize the pagination and thus you're supposed to contact your template provider for help on that.
