Error 404

Hello,

when I create a new product, and this then visits over the menu items, I get a 404 error message!
Cache etc. were of course deleted!
The different from the other product!
1.) The Brand URL is not set
2.) Authorized URL is not set

If I enter the Authorized URL by hand, this will be deleted
When I enter the Authorized URL in the database, this is displayed in the product input but no change page is 404!

Hello I have tested a lot,
I find a problem with Unicode aliases!
In my joomla I have settings, Unicode aliases " no ".
Hikashop domain was also correctly set to URL name " xxxxxxxxxx.sexualitaet " but the umlaut generates an error 404!
When I test the URL name without Unicode aliases " xxxxxxxxxx.sexualität " the page works!
What I need to change in Hikashop?
Also:
1.) The Brand URL is not set in product
2.) Authorized URL is not set in product
