-- url of the page with the problem -- : www.southernwindranch.com/trailers/current-inventory
-- HikaShop version -- : 3.2.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.1
-- PHP version -- : 7.0.4
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome/Firefox/Edge/IE/Safari - Updated!

For some reason the flow of products is broken on IE but works correctly on all other main browsers. As you can see in the image below, the products flow properly on non-IE browsers but on IE, the 1st column of row 2 is displayed on the right side and col's 2-4 are on the next line along with the 1st column of row 3 and then followed by col's 2-4 of row 3 floated to the right but from that point on, it looks like IE displays the rest of the product like other Non-IE browsers.

Anyone have an idea why this is happening and is there a fix?

Hello,

You should have a JS issue just with IE.
That's would explained why the "height consistency" script is not executed correctly.

In our side, we can't even see your website

Jerome,

My bad. I had Europe blocked in AdminTools. I've unblocked it. Try again! :)

Hi,

We still have the same error when trying to access your website.
However, the fix is easy. Instead of letting HikaShop try to guess the height of the elements, which is not perfect as it uses javascript functions which might work differently on different browsers or different versions of the browsers, the easiest is to just force yourself the height of the elements.
You can use such CSS for example:
.hikashop_subcontainer{ height: 250px; }

Jerome,

Sorry for the problem with the firewall. If I could get your IP range, I'd be glad to add it to a whitelist for future use.

I added your code but with a different height and that fixed it. I will be totally happy the day that IE finally dies. :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:
