problem with the products's size and colour

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.2.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.1
-- PHP version -- : 7.0.17
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : chrome
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : problem with the products's size and colour

Hi

i do have a problem since i upgrade joomla to 3.8.1 with the the products's size and colour.
When there is size and color to choose on a product like this one

the size is not the good one, i mean if i choose m with black or white it s keeping on xs size

Can you help me please ?

Hi,

If you look at the console of your browser you'll that that you have javascript errors on the page:
monosnap.com/file/jFDskUQvwaAthcah1Z7435bGvshTr2
These prevent the characteristic system from being initialized properly.
If you click on one of them, it points to that code:
monosnap.com/file/sZrrz1jaIH6zbiOHe3nx6gbEDGvhY1
That code doesn't come from HikaShop but is either added by a 3rd party extension or by a customization you've made.

Hi,

We can't say precisely. It has either been added by a plugin, or by a view override.
So for plugins, you can try disabling the plugins of the group "hikashop" or "system" one by one via the Joomla plugins manager to test if disabling one of them help.
For the view overrides, you can switch to the default template of Joomla. If you don't get the javascript errors, then it would confirm that it comes from one of the files in templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/product/
You can then rename the files one by one in that folder to identify which one is causing the problem.

Are you really sure that you do not have any view override for "product / show_block_img" ?

I'm sure I didn't do any override. I also rename the /home/ekkinox/www/templates/shaper_organic_life/html/com_hikashop folder without any change.
The issue occurs when I add a second characteristic set to a product.
This one works properly :

This one doesn't work
ek-kinox.com/fr/boutique-ekkinox/manager...ise-oxford-noir.html
Only the default variant goes in the cart (as seen in capture screen)

Hello,

You have definitively a modification in your views.
Even in the "working" page we can find the extra javascript code which generate the same error.
But because your "sp-smart-slider" is executed before, you do not see the effect of the JS error.

So I'm sorry but you do have custom code.
Maybe the HikaShop core file has been edited directly, I can't know and I can't tell. What I can tell for sure is that the JS code you have in not in the HikaShop packages.
