Content Module not displaying

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.2.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.2

We have published a content module in Gantry and it is not displaying. The module name doesn't even display. A test Custom HTML module does show in the same position. The module is assigned to all pages.

If you switch on the Joomla default template, it is working ?

Hi,

In the settings of your module, you've configured the "sub element filter" setting to "direct sub elements", but you don't have any products directly attached to the "product category" category you selected as main category of the module.
So you want to change that setting to "all sub elements".
