Display Categories listing

I'm not sure what you mean by "show like that".
If you want exactly the same display, you need to use the JSN Glass Pro template since our demo website uses that template and that the template customize the display of the category listing to display like that, with the name at the top in a black rectangle, with an effect on hover of the image.

Now if you're only talking about having the categories display in blocks with several blocks on the same row like that, it should actually display like that by default.

So I'm not sure which one it is.

If you want to configure the module, you can edit it via the Extensions>Modules manager of Joomla.
There, you'll find your module instance, and all its options by clicking on its name.
If you want to customize the display of the module outside of the possibilities offered by the options there, I would recommend you to read this documentation page:
