Get rid of Quantity Field

-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Google Chrome is up to date Version 62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) (64-bit)

How do I stop the display of the quantity field? Also, no HTML processing in category description? Possible to add description?

For the HTML issue, it's the same as this one:

For the quantity message, I would recommend using a translation override in order to change that text :
