Inventory system

Hi together,
i set in my Produkts and i have an inventory so i dont get over bookings. I tried to type it in Lot (Menge)
but now bought as an test and it doesnt count down how can i set it up

It will actually depends on how you have configured the "Update the product stock on confirmed status" option via "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Main", and on your order status.
