Hi guys

I have been testing Hikashop for the past couple of weeks and everything is going great, you have excellent support response as I found everything I needed in the documentation and forums, until today :-(

I am using Hikashop to sell Tour Packages, to avoid editing multiple Hikashop products containing the same description I insert a Module in Hikashop description that is Attached to a Joomla Article so that I only need to change the content of the article and it will change in all the relevant products of Hikashop using this module.

My problem is the following;
When I use page builder in the editing of the Article the page content is not displayed in the product description, it brings an empty description area or only the document title if it is enabled in the Module to show it.

My whole website depends on this concept and I'm so impressed by Hikashop that today I was actually trying to buy Hikashop Business, but, that is another story.

Please help.
Thanks in advanced.

Hi,

How do you attach the module to the product description ?
If you're using the loadposition system of Joomla, it requires that the description is displayed with the content.prepare system of Joomla. I don't know how SP page builder displays the description from the product, but if it doesn't use content.prepare then that would explain why it does that.
What I would recommend is to try instead to use Modules Anywhere:
www.regularlabs.com/extensions/modulesanywhere
This can work anywhere, even without content.prepare.

Hi,

Then how is the description displayed by SP page builder ?
Normally, it's not possible that modules anywhere can't display a module somewhere on the frontend.
