Wrong brand in product page module

-- url of the page with the problem -- : weinpalais.de/weine/deutschland/rheinhes...der-trocken-2017-1er
-- HikaShop version -- : 3.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8

Hello,

each product page shows a module with products of the same manufacturer/brand. this worked for 2 years. But now if you create a new product, the module shows products of a different manufacturer. Old products are still showing the correct items/brands.

Hi,

What are the exact version numbers of your HikaShop and your Joomla ?
Also, could you provide screenshots of the settings of that module displaying the products at the bottom of the product pages ?

As you see these are both not the latest releases, This is because updating will be very complex/complicated on this site. So you can be sure that there has nothing changed in any component module or plugin also.

Hi,

So I did some extensive debug with what I had access to on your website and the issue is not in HikaShop, as expected.
It's the plugin "HikaShop integration with Cherry Picker" which changes dynamically the MySQL query loading the products of that module even though it shouldn't change any product loading MySQL query when the current page is not a products listing page.
You can easily test this by disabling the plugin and you'll see that the products display properly on the page while it doesn't with the plugin activated.
So this will require some patch in that plugin.
I invite you to contact the support of that plugin so that they can fix that (or maybe it is already fixed and you need to update that extension).

This plugin/component made problems from the beginning. I did delete the component but forgot to delete the plugin.
