Random Products in Categories Listing

Hi,

I would like to display random products under the category listing. I've set the necessary settings: 1) Under menu item set random items "Yes" 2) System>Configuration>Random Items: "Yes". However the product listings are still displayed as the same.

Can you let me know what I left out or how to fix this?

Hi,

From what I can see, you activated the "random items" under the "categories options" tab of your menu item (so it applies on the listing of categories of the menu item), while you should instead activate it under the "products options" tab of your menu item via the Joomla menu manager.
