Preorder Stock need to reset every time i update new quantity

-- HikaShop version -- : business 3.8

Hi, i would like to ask regarding the preorder plugin, am i need to click on product reset button every-time i update new quantity? as per attachment, this product is 0 preorder stock when created, but if i update 100 preorder stock, it will shows a notify message where 100 product was preorder. But no customer yet was bought this product.

Hello,

If you still have no quantity in stock and you want to re-set the pre-order available quantity to 100, yes you need to check the "reset" box.
If you refill your product with some quantity (in stock) then the pre-order value will be re-set too.
But if the product quantity stays 0, the pre-order current stock or the pre-order limit won't be changed.

It's possible a batch re-set? How? I've a lot of products that need a re-set of pre-order available quantity.

Hello,

The best is to use the HikaShop mass-action system to update the product_quantity for all the products that you want to re-set.
