Price not safed in new product

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.2.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.12.
-- PHP version -- : 7.3
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Safari and Chrome

When I create a new product, the price is not saved and stays blanc.
It worked OK before ( I added several products) and suddenly last week no price can be saved anymore.
This only happens with new products, I can update & safe new prices for products that were created before the error occurred.
I tried Safari and also Chrome, and I also tried another PC. There is no error, it's just the price that is not saved and remains blanc. so the product is published for "free" .
How can I resolve this?

Hi,

We got the access but I'm not able to log on your website backend with it.
I'm getting the error "You do not have access to the Administrator section of this site." when trying to. Could you double check the access ?

Hi,

I checked your backend and I had no problem creating a new product with a price:

Make sure that you click on the green "ok" button after entering the price in the "price" field so that it is taken into account.

It seems so work now. (I did click on the green "ok" button after entering the price in the "price" field so that it is taken into account)
The only thing I changed last week, was to agree the extended support for this version (related to this domain), and now I can save prices for new created items again.
Could this have been the issue?

Hi,

I'm not sure what you mean by " agree the extended support for this version" ?
I don't see any purchase from you on our website last week.
And we don't have something called "extended support" either.
If you mean to say that you had an old version of HikaShop, and you updated to the latest version last week, then yes, that's probably what fixed the issue. But otherwise, I'm not sure of what you mean.
