Now, I will try to help you, let's follow these checks :
1. In Menus dropdown => Main Menu, then click on your concerned Item Menu title to edit it, and have a look on Categories options tab :
2. Process a test with a default template (like ProtoStar) to see if that solve your issue, maybe the root issue from this test can be the Template or an override view (template related).
3. If nothing help, provide an
Url link with the issue, and we will be able to analyze ourselves your display.
