Hikashop Filtering Module (SEARCH) on module: Looking Glass

Good morning

We get complaints that the Search on the nobile version of our shops are not doing what it should do.

"clicking" on the looking glass does not result in action
hitting "enter" does but this is not intuitive

Is this a "template" faulre?

Hi,

Yes, the magnifying glass image is only a background image placed there by your Joomla template's CSS, while HikaShop's actual "Filter" button is set to be hidden in the same template CSS file.
You can see when inspecting the HTML and CSS in your browser console.

So, you may want to take that with the template provider, indeed.
