Some variants not displaying on frontend

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.3.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.19
-- PHP version -- : 7.1.33

We have a couple of products that are not displaying all the configured variants on the frontend. Can you help us to determine why this is happening?

Image attached of one of these products for reference. I can also provide a login as needed. The URL I provided is behind a password.

I'm not sure if it matters, but we are also using Hikamarket and this is a vendor product.

Hi,

Your website requires a user account to be able to login to access the link you provided.
So I can't check the situation there.
Normally, I suppose this indicates that the variants don't have stock, or have a sale end date in the past or a sale start date in the future and thus are not available. Or they are restricted based on the user group with their "access level" setting.
So I would recommend to check the settings of the variants you don't see there.

From what I see, the values are the same for the ones showing up as the ones that are not:
Quantity is set to Unlimited
Access level is set to all
There are no sale or publish dates set

Any other place we can check?

Hello,

Yes, add an url link to your example product because for a reason or another we aren't able to find your product shown in your screenshot.
We look among your products categories in frontend, we use your search we have a 404 error, we look on the backend impossible to find your product...
And so if inbackend AND frontend it's impossible to reach the relative product, it's impossible to understand the issue, we have to see it by ourselves.
And so please, help us to help you.

Hi,

It's checked the first product you gave as an example. The fact that "rib rock" was missing from the dropdown on the product page is linked to Falang.
You had empty published translations for that characteristic value.
I've unpublished them and now I can see the value in the dropdown.
So what you can do if you have that issue at other places is edit the characteristic, and then edit the value with the issue.
And in the popup, go in the language tabs and click on the green tick to disable the empty translation and then save:
